FREE PEOPLE ARE NOT TAGGED AND BRANDED.
Citizens of free nations are not forced to carry ID.
Citizens of free nations are not randomly stopped, or questioned by police.
Citizens of free nations are not assumed to be breaking the law based on skin color or apperance.
Citizens of free countries move abouit as they wish, day or night, and are not the subject of any intervention by law enforcement or government unless they break the law or there is a real suspicion they have.
Having brown skin and being able to speak Spanish is niether breaking the law, or creating a reasonable belief one has.
Racism is wrong..period. Assuming one is breaking the law based on race, until proven otherwise..is wrong
