    Snow storm I-80

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     lchailland is moving to Alaska and currently in Sacramento, California. She says while traveling through the Sierra Nevadas yesterday, around Nevada City, California, she noticed some strong storm activity and actually had to purchase snow chains to go further. 'Traffic was affected. We were stopped for a while. They actually wouldn't let you on unless you have snow chains ... we had to purchase them.' She says she also encountered a 'salt storm' in Utah.
