    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     BellevueTN told me, 'Our neighborhood is completely cut off from the outside world by the flood shown In the photo. There are over 100 homes in the neighborhood, with over a dozen submerged in water. Many neighbors gathered to see the flood for themselves.'

    CNN may not be giving much coverage of the epic floods in Nashville, TN, but that doesn't mean they aren't happening. Residents are stranded without access to food, medicine, or other essentials. Locals are using recreational boats to try and ferry people across flooded areas.
