    Police catch kids wakeboarding in flood waters- Franklin, TN

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ccflowerr ventured out into Franklin, Tennessee, yesterday evening to see what the flood damage was like and they spotted someone wakeboarding. She only caught one of the wakeboarders on camera before police came out and stopped them. Both the wakeboarder and the driver were arrested on charges of 'clinging to a vehicle,' according to the Franklin Police Department. The driver was also cited for reckless driving.

    Kids will be kids...We caught this just as we pulled up to see the flood damage in Franklin, TN. Low and behold, we found more than that- several boys were wakeboarding in the parking lot from the back of a vehicle. Cops were on the scene within minutes. Not sure if an official "arrest" actually took place but I'll bet it it really shook the kids up.
