    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Stephcomp89 told me, 'Cars were lined up on the sidewalks and people were just walking the streets taking it all in.'

    Hendersonville (10 minutes outside of Nashville) Tn. These were taken Sunday evening. Yesterday and this morning the water had receded and the roads were reopened. Now they are covered in water yet again. What was a 5 minute drive from point A to point B has turned into a 45 minute drive. More photos to come.
