    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     WORLDbytes is a British citizen journalism charity that teaches film production and reporting skills to people who wouldn't ordinarily be able to get training. Volunteers interviewed people in London about the recent elections.

    On the streets of East London, volunteers take the public seriously, investigate preferences and whether voting is considered a duty.  The responses are salutary.
