Criminals, Criminal Illegal Immigrants have more Rights than Law Abiding U.S. Born Blacks
1. It is important that you represent every other group but your own. 2. As a Black civil, criminal, or public defender attorney appear to represent your client then side with the opposition. 3. As a Black civil or criminal lawyer demand and keep legal fees paid by your client for services not rendered, or keep the legal fees paid by your client when you do absolutely nothing to earn them, when you have a fiduciary duty to be ethical, or when your client(s) request you to return any fee(s) not due you. 4. When involved in a community policing block club, fail to include the crimes and atrocities of government against its' citizens. 5. As a judge of the court, knowingly make it your business to unlawfully convict or take property from law abiding and truly innocent Black men, women, and/or children, even when it is clearly in violation of the respective State Constitution, and U.S. Constitution. 6. In your capacity as a Black social worker, bend over backwards to break-up Black families, even when neither parent(s) nor their children have been proven to be criminal, unfit, incorrigible and/or insane in any court jurisdiction within the United States of America. Be that "Boyz n da Hood" Black police officer who blatantly violates the rights of the innocent, by maiming or killing Black men, women, and/or their children who have not committed a criminal or unlawful act. 9. Bend over backwards to be that "wanna be Caucasian", or anything other than being a Black man, woman, or child. 10. Be adept at being a no good, deceitful, poverty pimping jackleg reverend. 11. As a Black journalist, reporter, newspaper entity, or other media agent or agency, present false hoods rather than the truth, with the intention of misleading the Black community. 12. In your capacity as an elected representative: a. Refuse to protect the interests of law abiding Black people who have petitioned you for redress for the atrocities of a government seriously gone awry. b. Trash or destroy valid petitions of a government seriously gone awry and refuse to obey or respect your sworn oath to protect and serve the people of the jurisdiction to which you hold elected office. (Los Angeles Superior Court Cases #C895188, #BS111697, and #BC385899) *c. Refuse to reside in the jurisdiction of the community or set of communities that your district encompasses, by using false pretenses to seek or hold elected office*. Los Angeles County Charter, Article 2, Section 4. The County of Los Angeles shall have a Board of Supervisors consisting of five members, each of whom must be an elector of the district which he represents, *must reside therein during his or her incumbency*, must have been such an elector for at least one year immediately preceding his election, and shall be elected by such district. Their terms of office shall be four years, and each shall hold until his successor is elected and qualified. No person while a member of the Board of Supervisors shall receive any compensation, in addition to that provided for by this Section, for services rendered to any public or governmental entity. They shall each receive as compensation for their services a salary, payable monthly from the County Treasury, which shall be the same as that now or hereafter prescribed by law for a judge of the Superior Court in and for the County of Los Angeles, except that retirement benefits shall be those now or hereafter provided by law for officers and employees of the County of Los Angeles. They shall devote all their time during business hours to the faithful service of the public. d. Refuse to resign from the position of elected office, when you have been proven to have violated your oath of office, when you have admitted guilt, committed criminal acts, been caught stealing taxpayers revenue, or caught *lying under oath*, etc., ....... .............even when the general public, other elected officials, the policing authorities, and/or the court order you to step down. e. Protect, serve, and defend the rights of criminal organizations such as ACORN, bend over backwards to represent proven to be criminal illegal or undocumented immigrants over the lawful rights of truly law abiding Black people who are U.S. citizens by birthright. f. Resort to playing the "race card" as an excuse to misrepresent your constituency, or when under criminal indictment make or play the "race card" as an excuse to refuse to accept responsibility for your own incompetence. 13. Any combination of one or more of the above.
