    Volcano ash hits Westmann islands today

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ander says it's a nice day in Reykjavik and they haven't seen much ash except a little in the morning. His brother-in-law, on the other hand, spotted some because that's the direction it was blowing.

    The volcano ash hit the town in Westmann islands in Iceland today .

    My broteher inlaw gave me permisson to send these photos he took today,to Ireport.

    And as you can see ,the ash closing in ,and then covering the town.
