Is Higher Education The Answer to 99ers?
First Lady Michelle Obama encourages higher education but is this the answer to the 99ers?
While the First Lady Michelle Obama encourages higher education, there is no study that shows what happens to already highly educated college graduates who cannot find employment by no fault of their own.
For those thousands of university graduates from coast to coast and from sea to shining sea, without work, the crisis is very real, especially if they have been trying to find work after 99 weeks after being out of the workforce. These staggering numbers or Tier V unemployed workers are larger than anyone previously predicted. Their numbers have increased more than five million and growing each month.
Can Americans deal with more than one crisis at a time? President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama's real crisis in America isn't her husband's healthcare reform but the five million Tier V unemployed Americans whose nickname has become 99ers .
Is it just supply and demand? There isn't an infinite amount of jobs so there will always be unemployed individuals.
Our leaders in Washington, including President Barack Obama, our Senators, Congressmen, and Nancy Pelosi need to wake up and smell the coffee. Once they come to their senses, they need to take ACTION on voting for Tier V Unemployment Benefits!
Events like the BP's oil spill crisis in the Gulf of Mexico is taking the attention away from these millions of Americans who are becoming distressed because they are running out of monies, savings, and patience while not finding employment.
The millions of Americans who cannot find meaningful work or employment to support their families aren't going away.
While others scream "Job Creation" this takes time. In the meantime Tier V Unemployment Benefits or an Executive Order by President Obama must be a priority in Washington. Not Tomorrow but Today!
Our government helps everyone in other countries when they need our help but are now turning their back on those that make America, America.
I love America but don't feel the love back.
