Home and Away: Remembering the fallen

    Staff Sgt. William Ryan Fritsche

Ryan Fritsche entered the Army in 2002 right after graduating high school.  Right after boot camp he was chosen to serve in the "Old Guard" in Arlington and served there for 5years. There he served as squad leader on a burial team in the National Cemetary in Arlington.  It was his desire to do more for his Country so he left the Old Guard to go to the front in Afghanistan.
