    Andrew Young speaks on SCLC

    Former UN ambassador and Atlanta Mayor Andrew Young recently spoke about the turmoil that his old organization the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) is currently experiencing. Young was a top aide in the organization when Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., was president. Young told myself and another reporter that if the leadership can save the organization - fine, but he wonders if it has outlived its usefulness. Young made the comments after a diving experience at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta, Ga.
