NIGERIANS, HUMAN RIGHT ACTIVISTS AND AN NGO SAY NO TO MOBIL'S THEFT OF PATENT RIGHT.

NIGERIAN YOUTHS, MEN AND WOMEN'S GROUPS STAND UP TO SPEAK OUT FOR COMANDCLEM NIGERIA LTD AGAINST THE ILLS OF MOBIL IN THE NIGER-DELTA REGION OF NIGERIA.

At Asaba, Delta State Capital, on 11th day of July, 2008, the delta state office coordinator, of the International relations and publicity department of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Mr Bright Iyegbu, sought and mobilized the support of some youth, men and women group leaders as well as those of some human/civil right activists as well as the support of one of the town's foremost online rights promotion and protection NGO (FOTO-SOFIA) in the fight to help realize the nation dream.

The day was an eventful one as Mr Bright Iyegbu had an interview with Ireporter in Asaba, Mr Okonta Emeka Okelum, on some key issues, later that day Mr. Bright Iyegbu held an open address with some of the youth, men and women group leaders, stressing why both this meeting, press briefing and rights rally is very important, after the briefing the participants came up with a declaration they call "WHY WE WILL NOT STOP DOING THIS"

WHY WE  WILL NOT STOP DOING THIS!!!!

    • Comandclem Nig. Ltd and King Dr. Clement J.A Uwemedimo are the true and statutory inventors of Anti-corrosive special paint for Q.I.T. and sole patentees, proprietors of the Non Convention Patent with Certificate No RP 13522 of 5th August 1999 as registered under patent and design decree No. 60 of 1970 of the federal ministry of commerce, commercial law department-Abuja, Nigeria.

    • Anti corrosive special paint is the only enabling chemical that allows the extraction of crude oil anywhere in the world.

    • The agreement between comandclem Nig Ltd and Mobil producing Nigeria Unlimited of paying a royalty of $2 per barrel to comandclem must be kept for greater peace and sustainable development in the neglected Niger Delta Region.

    • Currently, at last count the calculated royalties stood at over $8 trillions, this amount will change our nation, help solve the Vision 2020 funding problems, justice is best served now.

    • His Efficiency, King Rev. Dr. C.J.A. Uwemedimo promised to set up 155 cottage industries in all the parts of the nation and to build 40 new industrial towns for developmental purposes and to provide gainful employment for the people.

    • Registered patentees are entitled to N30,000.00 meal ticket per month throughout their lifetime.

    • The offer of the company to Nigerians, i.e. Patent right is unique, non like it can be found in Nigeria or any African country prior to now.

    • Comandclem is not a stock market, not a forex market, not a networking business, not a wonder bank, it is a modern scientific and industrial research company owned by a Nigerian Inventor - His Efficiency King Dr. Clement John Adiamiko Uwemedimo.

For the above reasons and on hourly bases some dedicated and selfless human and civil right activists in Asaba, Delta State led by an NGO (FOTO-SOFIA) is mobilizing grass root support for more Nigerians to support the movement for the realization of justice come 22nd July 2008, Comandclem can not be denied their natural and God-given right to wealth, we will always mobilize more people on daily bases for the actualization of this national struggle, we will be the first generation of Nigerian people to end Neo-colonization in our nation, join us in this pursuit, with this victory, then, all is set for the nation to realize the goal one of the UN-MDGs.
