This iReport is part of an assignment:
Tony Snow remembered |
Death Does Not Alter The Life A Person Lived
I am always disturbed when the death of persons of high stature suddenly cause collective amnesia. Mr. Snow was the willing mouthpiece for an adminstration that will go down in history the most corrupt, deceptive, and damaging thus far. The information - or rather misinformation - he so eagerly and readily relayed to the country for this moraly bankruptcy adminstration has brought this country into a disturbing state of moral and economic decay. His words and actions directly contributed to the current state of our economy, continued illegal activity at the highest level of government, and the disasterous military actions that have caused the loss of so many American soldiers, not to mention tens of thousands of innocent civilians.
In death, may he and others like him, e.g. Jesse Helms, finally understand the consquence of their actions.
I send my regrets to Mr. Snow's family for their loss, but I can not so quickly forget the losses we all face as a direct result of his actions.
