Bio: Harper, the director for the UWF Haas Center for Business Research and Economic Development, is a member of the 2006 UWF Million Dollar Research Hall of Fame. His position allows him to work alongside government figures and state businesses in order to research business and economic development problems. Past experiences include serving on former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush’s Council of Economic Advisors. Among other things he is a member of Leadership Enhancement and Development, Sponsored Research Advisory Committee and University Planning Council.
