    Al Gore in Manila

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     brvillarama told me, 'There were some 3000 people in the event, majority of them are government officials, including Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and her cabinet members, senators, members of the diplomat attaches, military generals, local celebrities and various NGOs. Of course the VIPs got the front seat and I'm pretty sure there were also private citizens and students somewhere in the back.'

MANILA, Philippines - Standing after the recent news on his marital separation, former US Vice President Al Gore looks fresh as he faced some 3000 people today at the SMX Convention Center in Manila, Philippines presenting his new version of the "inconvenient truth" about climate change with a focus on Asia.
