    Ballblazer

    Ballblazer was one of the first two games released by Lucas Arts in 1984.  It was released on Atari, Commodore, and many other platforms.

     

     

    A later version called Ballblazer Champions was even released for the Sony Play station.

     

     

    Ballblazer is an exciting soccer type game played on a distant heavy gravity planet.  Pods are used to control and shoot the ball.  The physics are set up so the recoil from shooting the ball at the constantly moving goal will hurl the player in the opposite direction..  This was an innovative and groundbreaking game when it was released with Rescue on Fractalus.
