I went to the area around Albert Pike, I have been there many times, I have done topographical studies for the US Corps of Engineers in which everyone knew that the area was in a "Bowl" shaped land mass which meant that those waters that rose more than 4 feet per hour came down at a rate that no one could have escaped. There was simply no where to go,, going up found waters so high it pushed huge boulders and vehicles back down into the "Bowl". I seen what was a truck that had wedged itself between two trees and was told that some people had hung on to that truck for hours while it bobbed up and down like a cork. There are more than 20 reported lives that have passed,, some are still looking for those who people know where there but no one knows now where they are. Nevertheless, they continue to look downstream searching for survivors. This is still s rescue,, not a recovery,, not yet,, I still have Hope.
