Father's Day-Eve Flash Rain in Metro Manila, Philippines
My wife and I went for a short trip to a nearby city to check out where we may dine on Father's Day. It started to rain but it went from drizzle to pouring rain in a matter of ten minutes. The video I took recorded what took place fifteen minutes later.
This is the first time we experienced this kind of rain since the hottest dry season months of February to May this year. It's clear and dry now as I upload this but this video is scary of what may come up in weeks to come when real rain starts pouring one after another.
