    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     billysweez traveled from Oakland, California, to Grand Isle, Louisiana, because he wanted to see the oil spill for himself. "It was a little more than what I expected," he told me.

    This is video of a new island being made at the entrance of Barataria Bay to block the outpouring of crude oil from entering the bay.
