    Eclipse.. TheTwilight Fans Camp Out!

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Pixel told me, 'Everyone was so excited to begin their camping adventure. Many of them had been to all the Twilight red carpet premieres, camping out at all of them.'
    - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

The Los Angeles Red Carpet premiere for Eclipse will be Thursday June 24th. Fan's came from all parts of the U.S. to wait for a premium spot at L.A. Live. The line began at 6:00 am on Monday the 21st. Black bands were given out to those in line. This would entitle you to a prime piece of real estate to pitch a tent for the next 4 day and 3 night!

All this in hopes to catch a glimpse of the stars of the third in the Twilight saga, Eclipse, walk down the red carpet at the Nokia Theatre. I spoke to many people who had been to all the Twilight camp outs and all feel it is worth the wait. They have developed friendships and built relationships all from a common obsession, the Twilight Saga; team Edward and team Jacob!
I ran into two women who I had met in November for the Premiere of New Moon. Dawn and Yolonda met at the first premiere for Twilight and a friendship quickly ignited. They traveled to Italy to watch the filming of New Moon and became extras in the movie! They were actually pulled in off the Red Carpet of New Moon premiere and were invited to watch the movie! Now that's fan power! Each time they bring more fan's to their camp out where the excitement and enthusiasm blows me away. They really do have a lot of fun.
The Twilight phenomenon never ceases to amaze me.
