    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     TCKnight got his pre-ordered iPhone 4 today. He says he was asking himself, why the excitement over this phone? His thoughts on the product: 'I realized that it's because Apple makes amazing products, beautifully designed, user friendly and all on a very stable platform. It's also because Apple has an amazing team of PR people who know how to build the pre-sale hype. It's really an interesting study of success. Getting millions of people excited about a phone isn't a small feat.' Have you gotten yours or are you going to wait in line? Share photos, videos and stories of getting an iPhone 4.

    I was one of the lucky ones that was able to get through to pre- order my new iPhone 4 on June 15.  I was surprised when it arrived a day early!!!  The Fedex driver said I was the only iPhone delivery he had today!!

     

    I've had every generation iPhone, yet this is the first time I've pre-ordered.  With all the previous phones I've simply waited until all the hype subsided then purchased the phone a few weeks after launch date.  I'm not sure why I decided to pre-order this one...guess I got all caught up in the hype.   :)

     

    Update:  Just finished syncing the new phone.  The sharpness of the text is amazing.  A huge improvement.  Photo's look great.

    Update at 8:05 PM: I'm going to use the forward facing video to do a video review in about an hour.  Stay tuned.  I'll try to answer some of the questions that you have posted about reception etc.  If you have any more questions...please ask.
