    Destin, Fl Oil Slicks Being Detained By Little Booms

    Directly in front of Gulf Shore Drive Destin, Florida are the 1st signs of floating oil near shore.  Men in boats with small booms are circling it up and trying to contain it.  The picture of tar was picked up on the beach at Holiday Isle.  It is a sad day in Destin, but so far they are containing it.
