Natural Gas? I DUNNO - Watch Gasland on HBO!!!

    http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=127593937

Ok everyone.  I recalled a year or so ago I had heard an interview on NPR's Fresh Air about some unkowns about natural gas drilling or hydrolic fracturing - AKA "Fracking".

I am not entirely sure how we can allow such an industry to be exempt from common sense regulations that ensure our waters are clean and not toxic.

Peoples water is freakin explosive - they are getting sick, their animals hair falling out - states have compensated people by installing filtration systems to compensate only to find chemicals in the water destroyed the filters.

This documentary was spooky - I suggest you watch it and at a minimum we demand to close this regulation loophole and demand higher standards for our safety for such drilling.

I am not saying absolutely no drilling, but they will have to do better than essentially dumping this water back...watch it on HBO - freaked me out!

Apparently there is a bill pending in congress to address this or something, not sure of the detail, but plan on finding out much more!
