    Smoggy Heat Wave Hits Toronto And Much Of The Eastern USA.

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     DavidBradley says he works at a school and is currently on break, so he was able to stay up all night and be out super-early to see the sun rise over a smoggy and hot Toronto skyline. He says in a way, he's thankful for the conditions because they helped give him some great shots, but the heat is unusual and almost oppressing: 'We will survive, but it's hot. God, it's hot.'

    Heat, humidity, and SMOG have got a firm grip on Toronto and much of the surrounding areas of Canada and the USA.
