CNN PRODUCER NOTE kylesoule says he was planning on an ordinary fireworks display when things suddenly started looking strange. 'I felt very small debris falling on my skin, with a couple 3 inch or so pieces of cardboard falling, as well. At this time, I think everybody watching was feeling that something wasn't quite right. At the very least, I was. A couple fireworks shot off at low angles but it wasn't clear that anything was out of control at that point. Soon after, marked at the moment that 'Go!' can be heard in the video, it became clear that a box of fireworks had fallen over and began to shoot flare-style fireworks off at all angles.' He said he saw a piece bounce very close to some people near him. A Chenoa fire official says no one was hurt in the incident.
