The Pelican Bill of Rights
Article 1: We have the right to assemble in a safe environment; free from oil and other hazards created without regard for our life, liberty or pursuit of existence.
Article 2: The right to be secure in our environment without violations by humans and other avoidable disasters.
Article 3: The right of the pelicans to a speedy recovery when aforementioned disasters occur.
Article 4: No pelican shall be subjected to such disasters without holding the perpetrators completely accountable for their actions through due process of law.
Article 5: In times of environmental disasters, war shall be declared upon the contaminate and the perpetrators shall immediately respond, being necessary to the security and safety for all pelicans and life.
