    Governor Jindal on Jobs vs Environment and Offshore Drilling

    I sat in the federal courtroom in New Orleans and listened to the lawyers argue.  I was the only person in the court wearing a sea turtle tshirt.  Then I listened to Gov. Jindal speak and take questions.

     

    And at the end of the day, the federal appeals panel denied the reinstatement of the offshore drilling ban.

     

    One lawyer stated that if we had another major spill in the Gulf, it "wouldn't matter much".
