    Being a black father in america

    Court system's are not set up for a black man to be able to raise his child in america because the support comes first or money and then the time or visitation rights. What is the percentage of black men that get or have joint custody compared to white men in america. I feel the system is set up to keep black men from having joint custody of their children.
