    Italy's Prime Minister flips the bird to the public.

    Naples, Italy, has had a garbage problem for quite some time and Italy's Prime Minister is apparently oblivious to the problem. Friday's CNN interview with him has him gesturing to the interviewer what he thinks of the current public's feelings towards himself. This is a stop-action screen shot of CNN's actual video clip from the 18th.
