    A Salute to My Soldier

Thomas and I were married on April 25, 2010. Being a newlywed couple and army wife has made me appreciate all he does for the United States  as an officer while he is at home.  Although I am thankful to have him here with me, I am supportive in the fact that he wouldn't think twice about going to serve his country across seas.

    A little bit about Thomas:

First Lieutenant Thomas Presley is a 2003 graduate of Colquitt County High School in  Moultrie Georgia. He attended North Georgia College and State University  in Dahlonega, Georgia. Thomas is currently serving as a United States Army Officer of an Engineer Combat Heavy Platoon at Fort Leonard Wood.

Thomas has served in the United States Army for 6 years.  I am lucky to have a dedicated  husband and Soldier who always seeks to better himself  and although Thomas has not yet been deployed, he has a strong desire to learn about all aspects of being an Engineer and a leader . It is amazing to see how Thomas is always going beyond the call of duty and is a true professional who has treated all his fellow Soldiers with dignity and respect . He has most definitely lived up to all the Army core values on and off duty.  Thomas' military appearance demonstrates how proud he is to wear the uniform and be called an Officer of the United States Army .
