War in Iraq: 5 years later |
The worst kind of pain?
Your headline is offensive to families of the Fallen.
Perhaps this woman would agree that the worst kind of pain would be if your husband died in Iraq when you were 7.5 months pregnant with your third child. And that your sons would never have a single memory of their father.
MAYBE that's the worst pain.
Our servicemen and women understand what they are signing when they make that commitment. NO, it's not easy at all to be a military family. But we honor what our loved ones chose to do because we honor them.
