    Flash Flooding Takes out Tennessee Bridge

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     patryantn said "the image of the washed out bridge on Pippin Road was striking given the absolute destruction that had occurred in the blink of an eye. It was especially striking given the wonderment shown by the two bystanders who were driving down the road and came across their normal route totally washed out. Similar scenes were experienced around the county: buildings flooded, cars washed down creeks, a freight train derailed near the high school, people stuck in high water, and first responders out helping save lifes and protect property. It was a very bad day for Putnam County, Tennessee."
