So, a while back I posted this (http://www.ireport.com/docs/DOC-33706) to show off my fancy cubicle and I had always wanted to post more pictures.  Since then, I interviewd for a new job which is humanitarian in natrure and I immediately assumed that when applying to do something good you can speak about it openly and honestly with the corporate big shots.

This however is not true - within 2 hours of broaching the subject of what I was doing in NYC, a little Napoleanesque woman from HQ in Palatine, IL (I can't believe she didn't get a speeding ticket) was in my office asking me to pack my things up.  Pack my things I did, and now I decided to finally take those pictures and use the boxes to support my slot car track which I can display proudly without any middle-management folks telling me they're "un-professional!"

Please don't get the wrong impression - go nuts with decorating your cubie and indivdualizing your area - my termination had nothing to do with that........now I'm just concerned that I'm going to revert back to the old beer belly, now that I won't be spending 8+ hours on my resista-ball each and every day.  Somehow, I think I'll manage.
