　　人类发明和制造更新、更好、更快的工具的努力一直没有停止过。蒸汽机的发明放大了人们的力量，体力劳动强度大大降低；计算机的发明延伸了人类的想象，脑力劳动似乎并没有降低。将管理者制成为机器人，与模拟鸟儿飞翔的飞行器、将鱼制成为机器人，大框架应该没有什么区别，区别在于大脑。人类创造的新物种“机器人”似乎可以将人类的体力和脑力极限推向新的高峰。
　　银行界流程规范、计算准确、时效高，最易于实现管理自动化。实际上，银行业使用计算机、柜员机以及数学模型最多、范围最广、成效最大，基层业务基本实现自动化，是信息化高度发达的产业之一。因此，银行界最先引进机器人和机器人的条件得天独厚。。
　　现在我们开始探讨制造所谓“银行机器人”这个有趣的话题。据红色实验室一位不愿透露姓名的工程师介绍，2015年，模仿人类职业经理人的“经理机器人”，刚刚在擂台上与人类交手，一时胜负难分……。银行机器人是“经理机器人 Red-Ⅰ”系列产品中最中规中矩的一种，研制难度大致在领袖机器人和足球机器人、护理机器人之间。
　　理论上讲，人的思维、人的大脑能力是无限的，实践中受到体力、精力甚至情绪限制，这种能力往往只能使用不到10%。“技术经营”（MOT, Management of Technology）的初衷，是让经营者懂技术经营和让技术专家懂技术经营，实践中我们发现培养这样的“通才”的难度很大。这批人往往冲击首席技术官（CTO, Chief Technology Officer），最终会去主刀新产品开发（New product development），还在“技术圈”。原因很简单，地球资源是有限的，作为个体的人能力更是有限。一个人一生弄几十个博士学位，当过几十个国家的总统也未必……，成为一个成功的银行家的确很难。不知疲倦的机器人恰好可以弥补，问题是智商如何、实际动手能力又如何。
