    Celebrating the 90th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment

    In Huntington, West Virginia the League of Women Voters, Marshall University's Women's Center, the West Virginia Women's Commission and others in the community gathered to celebrate women's equality.  Ninety years ago the 19th Amendment was ratified.  Finally, women could vote legally in the United States.  Take a look at our community's celebration of women's suffrage.  We even had a special guest to help us mark the occasion - Sojourner Truth!
