    Iraq question for Senator McCain

Earlier in the campaign Senator McCain said that he was comfortable maintaiing troops and bases in Iraq for the next 50 to 100 years. After a backlash from Senator Obama McCain responded with a major speech on Iraq where he said we can withdraw in victory by the year 2013 or after his first term in office if elected. This week, during Obama's trip to Iraq it seems McCain has changed his stance where he said "we will WITHDRAW in victory". My question is, is Senator McCain still for permanent bases in Iraq or has he changed his stance to withdrawing troops much like what Senator Obama has planned?
