Michigan's Illegal Aliens
The Company HALMARK from TEXAS is busing in 100's of Undocumented Workers to clean up the oil spill in Battle Creek, Michigan.
This company claims that ALL these workers are legal because they were "Asked" for their Name, Address And Social Security Number... This company DID NOT ask to see proof of these records.. Many of these workers were asked if they were legal, more than 1/2 said they were not..
This company is violating the law by shipping these workers across state lines, they are also paying them in cash.. These people don't have to pay taxes????
These workers are also working in UNSAFE conditions, they are forced to work 100 per week, 7 days a week.. They have to eat with oil & mud stained clothes as well as use the bathroom in the river or woods..
OSHA has said they will investigate these unsafe conditions but WHO is going to investigate this company for illegal Aliens?
