    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     PhilInAfrica of Maputo, Mozambique, says the rioting in his country is a bit surreal. He’s not close to the fighting, but he’s worried from what he’s hear from friends and family. As to why residents are rioting, he says it’s because 'Food and fuel prices have gone up but the minimum salary hasn't. People have no money when they get to the end of the month.'
