    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     rustymace of Beaufort, North Carolina, says he and his neighbors aren’t too worried about Hurricane Earl. He's seen dozens of hurricanes in his day. 'In this area, it’s being called a mullet blow. We get high winds quite often. That’s pretty much what we’re expecting – high winds, loss of electricity,' he said.
