    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Former President Bill Clinton presented former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair with the Liberty Medal in Philadelphia, PA on September 13. Despite chilly reception for Blair at events in the UK, Sblair says he didn't see any protesters at the ceremony.
