    Vancouver kicks off the Celebration of Light

    Vancouver, Canada was home to round one of the HSBC Celebration of Light fireworks competition. This year USA, China, and defending champions Canada are competing in this annual event. Here are some pictures from Canada's, "Godzilla Attacks Vancouver" show. Over 300,000 spectators crowded the beaches of English Bay located in downtown Vancouver. Some pictures show a fire that broke out on one of the barges during the disply. The fire was put out without any injuries and the fire did not effect the show.
