    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     nealmoore shot this video September 19 as the storm hit the island of Taiwan. As of September 20, he says 'the storm has passed over and it is nice and tranquil outside this morning.'

    Raw Video: Typhoon Fanapi

    Taipei, Taiwan (CNN iReport)

     

    This string of raw video represents the outer bands of Typhoon Fanapi as gusts of wind caused minor damage to Taiwan's capital city, Taipei.  Typhoon Fanapi is the first major typhoon to hit Taiwan (Republic of China) this year.  Shot local time 1pm - 4pm.
