    No Ordinary Family Premiere

An ordinary family on the brink of dysfunctional takes a family vacation to Brazil.  During an airplane trip over the Rainforest the plane crashes.  Then entire family lands in water, the pilot dies.  All of the Powell family survive with no apparent injures.  Then things start happening.

    Jim Powell-the dad.

He throws himself in front of a co-worker to stop a bullet, he stopped the bullet with his hand!  He can also jump very high.  He becomes a crime fighter, gets his own crime lab (lair with wifi) given to him by his friend, a district attorney.

    Stephanie Powell-the mom.

Stephanie comes down with the gift of speed. She can really run!

    Daphne Powell-the teenage daughter.

She has the gift of reading other peoples minds, even though most of the thoughts she hears are not something she's happy about.  Especially when she finds out her boyfriend is seeing her best friend.

    JJ-the learning disabled teenage son.

In Algebra class, he suddenly was able to look at the chalkboard and magically see all the answers.  Still not to sure what else he has.

They are not alone!  There are others!

This show has a lot going for it, good actors and a variety of stories to follow.  Great family show, something for everyone.  SiFi, Fantasy, Drama all rolled into one show.

Catch it next week on ABC..
