    Bullying at the admin level at college

    I worked at a community college (MI) where my boss (Mark)  was  allowed to bully me. He kicked my chair while I was in a meeting in his  office with others present. He started a performance review with the  words "do you want to duke it out now or later? (all while the dean of students listened)" He was such a bully the President of the college (who was a political repesenative in my  district before becoming president of the college) was terrified of him.  I was not the only person to feel this treatment. I hope ALL bullies  get what they deserve!
