Princess Jessica of Chile: Poem about mine rescue

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter kiwilder wrote this poem, inspired by the rescue of the Chilean miners. “As I watched the CNN coverage of Victor Zamora coming up from the mine, and I saw his wife's patience and beauty as she waited, I knew I had seen a princess. So, I wanted to pay tribute to her, and to commemorate the many tears I shed hoping and celebrating with the miners and the world that supported them,” said kiwilder.
    - nhieatt, CNN iReport producer

This is an opinion piece in the form of a poem.

The Jessica in this story is not a certified princess. She is Victor Zamora's wife, who like many of the family awaiting the miners, had the grace and patience of royalty.

The video first has me explaining my status as observer to the video stream (I actually watched on CNN!). Then, I read my poem on tape.
