    Haunted Surf Heats

    ZJ Boarding House held its second annual Haunted Heats surf contest at Tower 27, Santa Monica Beach. (Santa Monica, California)  The contest combined costumes and surfing for a fun filled morning.  Morning rain gave way to a sunny day for surfing.  Among the ghouls participating were "Popeye" and "Former Prez George Bush". A good time was had by all.
