Randy Quaid. Gang Stalking Target or Hollywood Star Whackers?

Randy Quid claims to be a target of Hollywood Star Whackers, people out to kill him and his wife, but others believe that he is the target of a practice that has become known as Gang Stalking, also called community mobbing.

What happens to targets of this practice is that under occupational health and safety laws they are placed on lists. Then once listed usually via what's called a Threat Assessment Team they are followed around. This is why targets often complain about being followed or stalked, just like Randy Quaid did.

This group will also set up surveillance and monitor the targets activities. This can go on for years, the practice is systemic and it can and often does destroy the persons life. The target is often left seen as mentally ill, or paranoid. Lot's of people are being placed on these lists, and it's described as a psychological attack that is capable of immobilizing a target, while leaving very little proof of the targeting. The lists are suppose to be a warning marker used for society to protect itself, but the lists in some cases are being used to destroy lives, rob people of their assessts, leave them in states of poverty, homelessness, or even death. Feel free to google the term, or read some articles on this topic. I believe this targeting is happening to Mel Gibson, Britney, and Lidsay Lohan as well as some others.
