NFL Monopoly Years of Family Fun
The NFL Monopoly has brought years of fun for our family. I bought it for Alex and Michael's Christmas present in 1998. They were eight and seven at the time so they were excited about the 31 NFL Teams arranged in the 1998 draft order.
The game included eight pewter football icons, cast by Rawliffe. The ACF and NFC cards either rewarded you or penalized you depending on the draw of the card. One card brought a reward with a new television deal for $100 dollars in advance. The unlucky card might say, star running back on injured reserve, pay $50 for treatment.
Now my sons are grown so their girlfriends are included in the enjoyment. Thank you Parker Brothers for bringing us such a great family game. Happy 75th birthday and I can't wait to see the documentary.
