    Mule Deer Buck Tangles With Christmas Lights

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     kristih spotted this deer in front of her Estes Park, Colorado, home. His antlers were tangled up with a string of Christmas lights! She frequently sees deer and says the males 'will practice sparring with anything that moves' - she thinks that's how this poor guy got tangled up so badly.

    This beautiful mule deer buck in Estes Park, CO has gotten himself entangled in some Christmas lights. The mule deer rut is currently going on and the bucks will practice sparring with anything that moves. This guy got himself tangled in some lights and they are pretty wrapped up in his antlers. As long as he can eat and drink normally, CDOW will not interfere and the lights will stay there until he loses his antlers in the spring.
