Ten Year Old Boy Discovers Whats Up With Canned Food!

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     alexcritter's son, Marshall Reid, has been documenting his journey through the program he came up with called "Portion Size Me," a spin off of "Super Size Me" but with the opposite idea. They have begun doing segments on certain foods and this is one of them focusing on looking at ingredients on food labels.
    - sjunca, CNN iReport producer

Ten year old, Marhsall Reid, continues his summer project to learn about food by reading ingrediants and pausing to consider healthier options.  His "Portion Size Me" lifestyle change is not a diet or a program.  It is simply taking the moment, often wasted checking text messages, to understand what you are puting in your body.  This "active" decision seems to assist with cumpulsory eating habits caused by boredom and stress

Be sure to watch both videos attached to this iReport so that you see a better option than the canned sweet peas.
